Our History
Mary Ezell
Mary Ezell is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. Prior to founding SMJ, she has served in various roles for National and local companies in executive roles overseeing 850 employees, 26 locations and revenue in excess of $750 million.
Scott Gill
Scott Gill is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. Prior to founding SMJ, he served in various roles including Chief Operating Officer and most recently as Chief Financial Officer of a large distribution company where he also assisted Mary in overseeing 850 employees, 26 locations and revenue in excess of $750 million. Scott also is a wealth manager for several families in the Mid-South area and is a Certified Public Accountant with experience as a Senior Manager at Deloitte and Touche.
Who We Serve
We partner with private equity investors and property owners who are looking to sell their buildings or raw land. Our projects are mostly focused around the Mid-South including Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas. We also have current and past projects in Kansas, Missouri, and California, and we’re always looking for new opportunities.
